Job Summary
The Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift at our Sandston, Virginia facility is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process of high-quality corrugated products. This role requires a focus on safety and productivity while ensuring adherence to operational standards. The position directly reports to the Converting and Plant Superintendent and plays a crucial role in maintaining a smooth workflow.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate closely with supervisors and the Maintenance Superintendent to address operational and maintenance needs.
- Uphold safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the production team.
- Ensure compliance with Operating Standards to meet or exceed productivity goals.
