The technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and operational training of Amada Turret Punch Press along with associated fabrication equipment at client locations. This role involves troubleshooting intricate mechanical and electrical systems and upholding exceptional customer service standards while ensuring comprehensive service documentation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct installation and service of Amada Turret Punch Press and related machinery.
- Provide operational training to customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Generate detailed service reports regarding maintenance and repairs.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma is required; a 2-year or 4-year degree in Electronics is preferred.
- Relevant work experience in electronics is necessary.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings is essential.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as Volt/Ohm meters and oscilloscopes.
