The position of Lead Clinical Research Associate (CRA) involves overseeing clinical monitoring activities within a global medical device organization focused on conducting clinical investigations. The role is based in West Lafayette, Indiana, and requires an onsite work arrangement. We are seeking a dynamic Senior or Lead Clinical Research Associate who is well-prepared to advance their career in the field.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage clinical trials in compliance with regulatory standards and company protocols.
- Supervise the clinical monitoring team to ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the trial process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful trial execution.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting in line with Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members and new hires.
Qualifications
- A degree in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a Clinical Research Associate, ideally in a lead capacity.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- A motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving and team management.
