Job Summary
The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering comprehensive, high-level care to critically ill patients in the MSICU. This includes the management of ventilators and advanced hemodynamic monitoring, along with working closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to create and implement tailored patient care strategies.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, holistic care to high-acuity patients in the MSICU.
- Manage ventilators and carry out advanced hemodynamic monitoring.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to devise and execute personalized care plans.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing is required.
- Must possess an active RN license.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Med/Surg or Telemetry is necessary.
- BLS/CPR certification is mandatory.
- New hires are expected to obtain a BSN within 5 years of employment.
