Job Summary
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing activities within the Medical ICU, offering guidance and support to the team on the unit. This role may include taking on 24-hour nursing duties when the Manager or Director is unavailable.
Responsibilities
- Manage nursing operations within the Medical ICU.
- Provide leadership and support to the unit-based nursing team.
- Assume 24-hour nursing responsibilities in the absence of managerial staff.
Qualifications
- Graduates from an accredited nursing program.
- A minimum of two to three years of clinical experience required.
- At least one year of experience in a specialized area.
- A current Georgia Registered Nurse license is necessary.
- BLS certification is required.
