Job Summary
We are in search of a competent and motivated Network Engineer / Systems Administrator (SA) to become a vital part of our team in Chantilly, District of Columbia. The selected candidate will play a critical role in optimizing and improving our IT infrastructure, working closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities
- Enhance and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Work collaboratively with IT support and operations teams to address technical challenges.
- Engage in network security measures to protect data and systems.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of cybersecurity protocols.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system and network issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in network engineering and systems administration.
- Knowledge of IT operations, support engineering, and cybersecurity principles.
- Degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex IT environments.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating initiative.
