ProSync is on the lookout for a qualified Systems Engineer I or Systems Administrator II to enhance our dedicated team in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. This role is essential for those with a strong background in systems engineering. Candidates with a university degree and seven years of related experience are welcome, or those with a total of eleven years of experience can substitute formal education.
Responsibilities
- Engage in frontline system management and support.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain and enhance system performance.
- Implement solutions to streamline operations and improve system reliability.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users and internal teams.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of seven years of experience in systems engineering or administration.
- Or, eleven years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment.
