Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the planning and delivery of training activities, encompassing various formats such as Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming. This role includes providing both technical and administrative guidance to project teams while ensuring adherence to security protocols and data governance standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the scheduling and implementation of diverse training functions.
- Lead project teams with a focus on technical and administrative support.
- Ensure compliance with established security and data governance regulations.
- Manage operations related to military training at a Battalion level or above.
Qualifications
- Possession of an active Secret security clearance is mandatory.
- Experience in military training management at the Battalion level or higher is essential.
- An Associate degree combined with eight years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with five years of experience is required.
