Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become part of the Phoebe Family at Phoebe Sumter in Americus, Georgia. This role will allow you to contribute significantly to patient care in our Emergency Center.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive healthcare services in an emergency setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and families regarding health and wellness issues.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or Physician Assisting is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment, particularly in emergency care, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Georgia.
