Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Design and build production-ready conversational AI and intelligent search applications.
- Develop and implement retrieval workflows and APIs.
- Enhance application performance and reliability through systematic testing and evaluation.
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to ensure effective operations and improvements.
- Provide ongoing production support and optimize backend services.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or a high school diploma/GED followed by four years of related professional experience.
- Minimum of two years of experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency in programming and production backend systems.
- Knowledge of cloud-native and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience in generative AI, conversational AI, intelligent search, or retrieval-augmented generation.
