Job Summary
The Account Executive for Hospice will play a pivotal role in driving growth and ensuring the success of hospice services within the community. This individual will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals, organizations, and community stakeholders to promote hospice care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of hospice services, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for end-of-life care.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase hospice referrals and overall service adoption.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with hospitals, physicians, and healthcare providers.
- Attend community events to raise awareness about hospice services and engage with potential clients.
- Provide education and training to healthcare staff regarding hospice programs and benefits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales metrics, outreach activities, and referral sources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Previous experience in healthcare sales, particularly in hospice or palliative care, is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools for tracking and reporting.
