Job Summary
A dynamic and expanding biotech firm focusing on central nervous system disorders is seeking a contract Lead Clinical Research Associate. The role entails overseeing 2-3 research sites and offering guidance and leadership to the team of Clinical Research Associates involved in clinical studies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the operational aspects of clinical trials at designated sites.
- Provide strategic direction and support to the Clinical Research Associate team.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols.
- Facilitate communication between study sites and the sponsor.
- Monitor study progress and address any arising issues effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with prior leadership experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
