Job Summary
The Machine Operator Leader will be responsible for overseeing the production operations in Cambridge, Vermont. This role focuses on ensuring the efficient sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery of crucial products that support the needs of customers and enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the operational activities related to the production process.
- Utilize standard maintenance tools, including power tools, for routine upkeep.
- Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and operational manuals to guide daily work.
- Operate forklifts to facilitate the movement of materials and products within the workspace.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the production process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in machine operation or related fields.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical documents.
- Familiarity with operating standard maintenance equipment.
- Valid forklift operator’s license is preferred.
