**Job Title: Engineering Development Program Participant**
Participants will take part in a 12-month fast-tracked initiative featuring comprehensive onboarding and hands-on project assignments designed to enhance both technical skills and business insight. They will work alongside multidisciplinary teams to tackle intricate engineering problems while promoting safe and dependable operations within energy infrastructure. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering, or Construction Science, with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027. This role requires a valid driver’s license and the willingness to relocate within the United States, and it is not open for visa sponsorship.
