Job Summary
The Manufacturing Technician role is based in Carlsbad, California. This position involves working in a cleanroom environment, collaborating closely with manufacturing teams including Leads, Supervisors, and Managers. The primary focus is to prepare suites and maintain sterile conditions for the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and preparation of cleanroom suites.
- Collaborate effectively with team leads and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow strict protocols to maintain cleanliness and compliance within the manufacturing area.
- Participate in training sessions and adhere to safety regulations.
Qualifications
- A degree in any field is preferred, but a High School Diploma or GED will be accepted.
- At least 6 months of relevant experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom setting is highly desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
