Job Summary
The Senior Revenue Accountant will play a crucial role within the organization, focusing on revenue accounting practices specifically tailored to the Upstream Oil & Gas sector. This position requires hands-on experience with industry-specific ERP systems, ideally Quorum or Excalibur, and a comprehensive understanding of the revenue process including accruals, taxes, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage the revenue accounting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Utilize Oil & Gas ERP systems to support revenue-related functions.
- Oversee full-cycle revenue accounting tasks, including accruals and tax calculations.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless revenue processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in revenue accounting within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically Quorum or Excalibur is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of accruals, taxes, and regulatory frameworks in revenue accounting.
- Ability to work onsite in Denver, Colorado.
