Job Summary
The Operations Manager (OM) at Avid Health is responsible for overseeing and enhancing operations to ensure high-quality personalized care delivery. This position is based in Cincinnati, Ohio, and reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and/or the Regional Director of Operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Implement and oversee payer contracting specific to Value-Based Purchase (VBP).
- Monitor and assess operational performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance service delivery and patient experience.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards in operations.
