Responsibilities
- Administer wound care and perform dressing changes.

- Evaluate and address nutrition and hydration requirements of patients.
- Provide education to staff regarding wound care practices.
- Assist with staffing needs on the floor as required.
Qualifications
- Active LVN or RN license in good standing with the state.
- Preferred experience in wound care.
- Strong skills in assessment and documentation.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
