Job description
The Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial closing processes on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, as well as managing the accounting team and ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls. They are the main authority on the Sage Intacct software, guaranteeing the accuracy of financial reporting and adherence to compliance standards. Applicants should possess a solid understanding of GAAP, accrual accounting, and the preparation of financial statements. Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems, particularly Sage Intacct, is highly desirable, along with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
