**Job Title: RN Clinician**
The RN Clinician is responsible for providing safe, effective, and autonomous nursing care by utilizing the Synergy Model for Patient Care to tailor treatment plans for individual patients. In this role, they act as a valuable resource for fellow team members, engage in leadership initiatives, and play a part in enhancing patient care outcomes through data-driven strategies. Applicants are required to possess a valid Registered Nursing license in Georgia, along with either a BSN and a minimum of 12 months of relevant experience or an ADN and at least 2 years of clinical experience. BLS certification is mandatory, and additional certifications related to specific specialties may be required based on the department’s needs.
