Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Medical Assistant to join our team, primarily at our Gurnee site, with the flexibility to work at our other facilities in Downers Grove and Chicago as required. This role is designed for those seeking PRN (as needed) hours, particularly during weekends.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols.
- Utilize clinical skills to assist in the healthcare services offered at various locations.
- Float between the Gurnee, Downers Grove, and Chicago locations as the need arises.
- Support and collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Maintain a compassionate approach while attending to patients’ needs.
Qualifications
- Certification and licensure as a Registered Nurse or Medical Assistant in the state of Illinois.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to meet PRN work requirements, especially on weekends.
- Empathy and a patient-centered approach to care delivery.
