Job Summary
The Production Operations Manager will be based in Pinetops, North Carolina, and will work onsite. This role reports directly to the Manufacturing Unit Manager. The primary focus of this position is to elevate the organization’s operational performance to its peak while optimizing various processes and methodologies. The manager will collaborate extensively with teams from Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities
- Enhance operational performance through effective management practices.
- Implement and optimize various methodologies to improve production processes.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams for operational efficiency.
- Support the execution of the Copay Plan or alternatively a High Deductible Health Plan as required.

- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
