Job Summary
The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects aimed at enhancing manufacturing, research and development, and infrastructure initiatives. This position involves coordinating cross-disciplinary teams to introduce and implement innovative systems and technologies while adhering to established quality, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the project planning and design phases for engineering initiatives.
- Supervise the delivery of projects that foster manufacturing and R&D improvements.
- Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
- Ensure all projects align with compliance standards including safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Oversee the implementation of new technologies and systems in relevant areas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of pertinent industry experience.
- Expertise in drug substance, drug product, biologics, or aseptic sterile fill finish.
- Demonstrated experience working within a GMP manufacturing setting.
