Job Summary
The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in supervising store operations throughout their shift. This includes managing inventory, optimizing costs, and ensuring exceptional customer service is consistently delivered. The Assistant Manager will also guide a team comprised of 3 to 30 employees and may take on the responsibilities of customer service representatives as well as delivery drivers.

- Lead and support a diverse team of employees.
- Engage in tasks typically performed by customer service representatives and delivery drivers when necessary.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role is essential.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
- Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years old.
- Availability to work flexible hours is required.
