Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician – Night Shift position is based in Big Lake, Minnesota. This role involves working on-site and is critical for ensuring the functionality and safety of manufacturing operations. The technician will maintain and troubleshoot various types of CNC and manual manufacturing equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on CNC and manual manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain documentation of maintenance procedures and equipment status.
- Collaborate with management to address organizational needs and improve maintenance practices.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in maintenance and repair, or a minimum of six years of related experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
