Job Summary
This position is responsible for overseeing project plans, timelines, budgets, and procurement aspects related to infrastructure service projects in data centers. The role includes the coordination of project documentation, organization of meetings, managing deadlines, resolving risks, preparing client proposals, and conducting quality and safety checks on-site.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee project plans and timelines for data center infrastructure projects.
- Control budgets and track expenditures throughout the project life cycle.
- Facilitate project documentation and organize meetings effectively.
- Monitor project deadlines and address risk factors proactively.
- Prepare and present client proposals.
- Conduct on-site quality assurance and safety evaluations.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience is required, including demonstrable project management skills with DC power systems, critical power infrastructure, or data center construction.
- Experience with HVAC systems or switchgear is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
- Excellent customer service capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary.
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to work irregular hours such as nights or weekends when project demands arise.
