Job Summary
The Production Supervisor will oversee the manufacturing operations at our Rock Island, Illinois facility. This role is critical in ensuring efficient production processes, quality control, and continuous improvement within the plant environment. The supervisor will serve as the liaison between the production team and the Production Manager, facilitating effective communication and operational success.
Responsibilities
- Supervise production staff to ensure adherence to operational protocols.
