Job Summary
The position involves the production, baking, packaging, and transportation of pretzel items, ensuring smooth functioning of production lines. Employees will perform quality checks on products and packaging, address production challenges, and uphold cleanliness and safety in the workspace while adhering to food safety and occupational safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Manufacture, bake, pack, and transport pretzel products along with related equipment.
- Monitor product quality and packaging effectiveness.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production-related issues.
- Maintain a tidy and safe working environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Stand and walk for the duration of the shift, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Work in cold conditions, including freezer environments.
Qualifications
- Completion of high school diploma or GED.
- Reliability and ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team setting.
- Willingness to be flexible with work hours.
- Experience in food production is advantageous but not essential.
