Open positions for team

The successful candidate will oversee pre-clinical drug development activities, including screening, target engagement, and therapeutic efficacy studies. They will also manage CRO relationships, develop funding strategies, and support business development for ocular therapeutic efforts. Candidates must hold a PhD with at least 5 years of post-graduation experience, preferably in a biotech or pharmaceutical setting. Demonstrated expertise in in vitro and in vivo models, along with a track record of publications in the ocular space, is required.
