Job Summary
The RN Clinician is responsible for providing safe, effective, and autonomous nursing care within the operating room environment, adjusting to the evolving needs of patients. This role also involves working alongside interdisciplinary teams, guiding fellow staff members, and engaging in unit-based governance to enhance patient care outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver independent and safe nursing care in the operating room.
- Adapt care approaches to meet the dynamic needs of patients.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Mentor and support nursing staff to promote skill development.
- Participate in governance activities to improve unit performance and patient care.
Qualifications
- Valid Georgia Registered Nursing license.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an operating room setting.
- BSN degree or ADN with relevant professional experience.
- Current BLS certification.
