Job Summary
The Repair Process Engineer for Connecticut Stators & Components will be based in East Hartford, Connecticut. This role requires an onsite presence and is integral to the support and servicing of aircraft engines and auxiliary power units. The engineer will focus on addressing and resolving process challenges as they arise within the operational framework.
Responsibilities
- Support the repair and servicing operations for aircraft engines and auxiliary power units.
- Troubleshoot and analyze process-related issues as they occur, ensuring efficient and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance repair processes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Quality Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of relevant experience in the aviation sector or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
