Job Summary
The role involves overseeing maintenance operations for three distinct properties. You will be responsible for coordinating regular preventive maintenance, capital upgrades, property inspections, and overall upkeep in collaboration with the Community Director.
Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of work orders to ensure timely and efficient completion.
- Facilitate communication among staff, residents, and vendors for smooth operations.
- Share responsibilities for on-call duties on a rotating basis.
- Coordinate routine preventive maintenance and capital improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in property maintenance.
- Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
- HVAC certification or licensure is required.
- Proficiency in plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and appliance maintenance.
- A valid driver’s license and automobile insurance are necessary.
- Must possess reliable transportation and a set of personal tools.
- Ability to perform regular physical tasks as part of the job requirements.
