The UMS Business Systems Analyst plays a vital role in enhancing and supporting essential business systems that facilitate effective service delivery for a vibrant community of residents, businesses, and visitors. This position operates onsite in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Enhance critical business systems to support community services.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
- Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or comparable software to manage project workflows.
- Assist in analyzing and improving enterprise applications.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in a systems-related environment.
- Knowledge and experience in using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
- A strong understanding of business processes and systems analysis.
- Possession of a degree in a relevant field is preferred; an Associate degree may qualify.
