Job Summary
The Systems Engineer II position is based in Worcester, Massachusetts, within the Infrastructure Services and Architecture department. This role primarily focuses on managing and enhancing the organization’s IT infrastructure and requires effective collaboration with various stakeholders, including application owners, vendors, and fellow IT professionals.
Responsibilities
- To oversee and improve IT systems and infrastructure.
- Engage collaboratively with application owners and vendors to ensure optimal system performance.
- Work closely with IT team members to provide support and facilitate infrastructure-related projects.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new technologies.
