Job Summary
The Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) in the Netherlands plays a pivotal role in managing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while facilitating the study’s progression. This individual will be responsible for monitoring trial sites, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality data collection for successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor clinical trial sites to ensure adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with investigators and study teams to facilitate site activities and address any issues arising during the study.
- Conduct site initiation, monitoring visits, and close-out activities to ensure proper trial conduct.
- Review and verify data collected to maintain accuracy and integrity of clinical trial information.
- Prepare and maintain study-related documentation and reports as per company and regulatory standards.
- Provide training and support to site staff and ensure that they understand study protocols and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and timelines.
Qualifications
- Degree in life sciences, nursing, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in clinical research, particularly in monitoring clinical trials.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is an advantage.
