Job Summary
The role involves the analysis of military and civilian workforce strategies, personnel policies, and staffing needs, while supporting the planning and execution of cyber operations. This position is key to maintaining accurate workforce trackers and organizational charts, managing billet change requests, coordinating staffing efforts, and contributing to the organization’s long-term growth and process enhancement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Examine military and civilian workforce plans, personnel policies, and relevant documentation.
- Assist in the planning and programming for cyber operations.
- Maintain and update workforce trackers and organizational charts.
- Prepare and submit billet change requests.
- Coordinate various staffing actions effectively.
- Support long-term growth strategies and business process improvements.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in workforce management, staffing, or administration.
- Experience related to military HR or personnel functions.
- Strong understanding of HR concepts and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Capability to prepare and deliver data summaries effectively.
- An active TS/SCI clearance is required.
- A bachelor’s degree combined with 7 or more years of management analysis experience supporting HR programs, or 11 or more years of relevant experience in absence of a degree.
