Job Summary
The FMT Multicraft Maintenance Technician will function within the Clarksville, Tennessee facility, focusing on maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment, while also ensuring adherence to quality standards and environmental health and safety (EHS) protocols. This role is critical in upholding operational efficiency through various maintenance tasks as directed by management.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on multi-craft equipment.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and EHS regulations.
- Collaborate with management to address maintenance needs and prioritize tasks.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Support the continuous improvement of processes and systems.
Qualifications
- A degree in electrical engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is desirable.
- Ability to work at heights of 10 feet or more.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
