Job Summary
The Field Service Technician will be responsible for providing remote support while primarily performing installation, repair, calibration, and maintenance services as required or scheduled. This role involves utilizing technical expertise to ensure efficient service delivery to our clients in Albany, Oregon. Candidates will have the opportunity to interview with the Service Manager and General Manager and will tour the Cavco facility to understand our operations better.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, repair, calibration, and maintenance of equipment as needed.
- Coordinate with service management for scheduling and execution of service tasks.
- Utilize company vehicles, such as vans or box trucks, for service-related activities.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in field service or similar technical roles.
- Proficiency in operating company vehicles for transport and service duties.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
