Job Summary
The Offshore / Onshore Field Service Technician position is based in Myrtle Point, Oregon, and involves working onsite. This role is accountable to the Service Manager and focuses on providing comprehensive technical assistance, including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and programming within the Warranty and Renewables sector.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support, ensuring resolution of field issues.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting to identify and rectify problems.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability.
- Engage in programming activities as required for operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Relevant experience in technical service roles will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with warranty processes and renewable energy systems is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively communicate with team members and clients.
