The Clinical Research Associate position focuses on supporting research projects related to multiple therapeutic areas while being dedicated to a specific sponsor. Located in Tampa, Florida, this role mandates an onsite work arrangement where the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships with investigators and site staff.
Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture productive partnerships with investigators and site personnel.
- Coordinate with the research team to ensure study protocols are followed accurately.
- Monitor progress and compliance of clinical trials at designated sites.
- Provide support and guidance throughout the research process.
- Ensure all required documentation is completed and maintained in accordance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- A degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Nursing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Previous experience in a clinical research setting is highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with investigators.
