Job Summary
The Systems Process Engineer (SPE) will serve as a key expert at Genentech’s facility in Hillsboro, Oregon, providing vital support throughout the entire development process, starting from Phase I and advancing to product maturity. This role is crucial for ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness within the one-stop-shop environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and facilitate the end-to-end development process from initial phases to product maturity.
- Provide specialized support for end-user operations, ensuring streamlined processes and addressing any challenges that arise.
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance system processes and improve overall project outcomes.
- Act as a technical resource for various stakeholders, offering insights and solutions related to system processes.
- Monitor and assess existing systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Qualifications
