Job Summary
The role focuses on enhancing the operations of high-volume 300mm wafer fabrication by refining manufacturing techniques, procedures, equipment efficiency, yield, and overall quality. Responsibilities include conducting equipment and process initiation, running experiments, analyzing data, and resolving issues to ensure seamless production flow and manufacturing scalability.
Responsibilities
- Improve manufacturing methods and procedures to boost efficiency and yield.
- Conduct experiments and data analysis for process optimization.
- Resolve issues related to equipment performance and production flow.
- Support equipment and process startups to facilitate ramp-up to full production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, science, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of two years of experience as a metrology process engineer within the semiconductor sector.
- Experience with measurement equipment and recipe optimization is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills paired with effective communication abilities.
- Capacity to work as part of a team, manage time efficiently, and take initiative.
