Job Summary
The Electromechanical Field Service Technician will be responsible for providing on-site service, troubleshooting, and repair of electromechanical systems and equipment. This role requires a strong technical background coupled with hands-on experience to ensure all systems operate smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electromechanical systems at client facilities.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with a variety of equipment.
- Provide training and support to customers on system functionalities.
- Maintain detailed records of service activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with engineering and support teams to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Electromechanical Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in servicing electromechanical systems.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
