Job Summary
The Manufacturing Process Technician for Serial Life & Automation plays a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations. This position is focused on ensuring that processes are efficient and meet quality standards, while also assisting in the development and implementation of new manufacturing strategies and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Support the daily manufacturing operations by monitoring and optimizing production processes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement effective manufacturing methods.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues to maintain production efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the manufacturing environment.
- Participate in the design and execution of process improvement initiatives.
- Document and analyze process data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in manufacturing.
- Proficient in process engineering principles and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
