The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in addressing repair requests from guests and carrying out preventive maintenance on the hotel’s equipment and facilities. This position also entails overseeing maintenance inventory, recording activities, and adhering to all established safety and security protocols. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, alongside previous experience in hotel engineering or general maintenance. A valid driver’s license is necessary, and candidates must be capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working with diverse mechanical and electrical systems.
