Job Summary
The primary role involves assessing, implementing, and evaluating tailored patient care under the guidance of a licensed physician, utilizing established nursing processes and contemporary nursing principles. This position requires collaboration with patients, families, colleagues, and the broader healthcare team while providing leadership to nursing support staff in alignment with professional standards and institutional policies.
Responsibilities

- Implement and evaluate care in line with nursing best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Guide and direct nursing support staff according to healthcare policies.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license.
- Certification in Basic Life Support.
- Possession of a multistate compact RN license.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with one year of clinical specialty experience.
- Additional specialty training or certifications may be necessary.
