Job Summary
This role involves the design, testing, and programming of essential applications while establishing and managing software delivery pipelines from the initial requirements stage to production verification. The focus is on enabling automation, leveraging cloud resources, and applying continuous integration and delivery methods to minimize repetitive tasks, manual testing, and troubleshooting efforts.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement critical software applications.
- Build and maintain software delivery pipelines from requirements through to production testing.
- Integrate automation practices to streamline development processes.
- Utilize cloud resources effectively to enhance application performance.
- Apply continuous integration and delivery methodologies.
- Reduce the need for manual testing and troubleshooting using modern practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience with Kubernetes, DevOps practices, and automation platforms.
- At least three years of experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments, alongside UNIX/Linux development and Bash scripting.
- Experience with enterprise cloud-native solutions is essential.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent of eight or more years of relevant DevOps experience is mandatory.
