The Sr Process Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. Located in Randleman, North Carolina, this onsite position plays a crucial role in equipment management and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Enhance and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency.
- Manage and oversee equipment maintenance and improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
- Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement.
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and recommend solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, plus three years of engineering experience; or an Associate’s degree with nine years of relevant engineering experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies.
