Job Summary
The Senior Systems Engineer will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive systems and solutions for our projects requiring a Secret security clearance. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and applying engineering principles to solve complex technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Engage in the full lifecycle of system development, from requirements gathering to system design and integration.
- Oversee and assess system performance, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and standards.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define system requirements and validate system operations.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers, providing support in troubleshooting and system enhancements.
