Job Summary
We are looking for a committed and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become a part of our Family Medicine team in Abbeville, South Carolina. The role requires expertise in formulating treatment plans, prescribing medications, and promoting health maintenance activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
- Prescribe and manage medications as part of patient care.
- Document patient interactions and treatments accurately.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
- Engage in health maintenance and preventive care services.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner program.
- Relevant certification and licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Experience in a family medicine or similar clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
